Screen printing
Screen printing is a technique also known as silk-screen and is present in some products in our daily lives. Just look at clothing, accessories and also packaging. This is a printing technique that works through transfer, so a screen (known as a matrix) is essential, which can be made of nylon or silk to perform the engraving.
Printing occurs as follows: a designer creates a pattern and prints photolithographs for a well-done separation of colors. Then it is time to apply the light-sensitive emulsion to the screen for engraving and place it in contact with UV light, which reveals the created art. With the screen engraved, it is time to fit the material that will be printed, apply the colors to the screen and prepare the squeegees to produce the print.
